Simple Crustless Breakfast Quiche with Bacon and Avocado
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for a richer texture)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish or tart pan with olive oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced avocado, cheddar cheese, and feta cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
