🇫🇷 Croque-Madame 🥪❤️
A classic French sandwich with ham, melted cheese, and creamy béchamel, topped with a perfectly fried egg! A café favorite! 🇫🇷✨

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 slices of ham
1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk to create a béchamel sauce. Season with salt & pepper.
Toast bread, then layer with béchamel, ham, and cheese.
Top with another slice of bread, add more béchamel, and bake until golden.
Fry an egg and place it on top. Serve warm and enjoy! 🇫🇷❤️
