This is going to sit in a marinade for at least 4 hours, so this is best if you prepare the marinade the night before or in the morning before heading out for the day.

Hawaiian Chicken #dinnertime
4 bone-in chicken thighs
4 chicken drumsticks
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup grape juice
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, juice, ginger, garlic, green onions, and dry mustard in a large mixing bowl with a lid (Tupperware bowl works well) stirring the marinade until brown sugar has dissolved. Place chicken pieces into the bowl, use a spoon to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight.
Prehet the oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove chicken from marinade and arrange chicken, skin sides up, on abaking sheet, Bake chicken until browned on both sides and the juices run clear, turning every 10 minutes, 30 to 45 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade after each turning. An instant-read meat thermometer should read at least 160 degrees F when done.
Or you can grill this chciken on the BBQ, which is my favorite way to prepare it.
