Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta ππ§π
Ingredients:
β’ 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
β’ 1 lb ground beef
β’ 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
β’ 1 small onion, diced
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 2 cups heavy cream
β’ 1 cup beef broth
β’ 1 Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
β’ Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
β’ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
β’ Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
β’ Β½ teaspoon black pepper
β’ Β½ teaspoon salt
β’ 1 tablespoon butter
β’ Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
β’ Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
β’ Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Meat
β’ In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
β’ In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
β’ Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
β’ Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
β’ Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and butter. Let it simmer for 3β4 minutes.
β’ Stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan, mixing until smooth and creamy.
4. Combine & Serve
β’ Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the sauce, tossing everything together.
β’ Simmer for 2 minutes until well combined.
5. Garnish & Enjoy
β’ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra bacon. Serve hot!
