Keto Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup Rao's marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the cooked ground beef in an even layer.
Pour the marinara sauce over the ground beef and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the sliced black olives and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
