Healthy Zucchini & Chia Seed Pizza Crust 🍕💚
Ingredients:

1 medium zucchini, grated (about 2 cups)

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp water

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)

1 egg (or flax egg)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine chia seeds and water, letting it gel for 10 minutes.

Squeeze out the water from grated zucchini.

Mix zucchini with chia gel, almond flour, egg, cheese (optional), and spices.

Form a thin crust on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Add your desired toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
