Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
12 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon mustard powder
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 cups beef broth
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup heavy cream
For Topping:
¼ cup pickles, diced (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and mustard powder.
Pour in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and beef broth. Stir to combine, then bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and heavy cream until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.
Remove from heat and top with diced pickles, parsley, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
