Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup ranch or Caesar dressing for drizzling
Directions:
n a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Season with a little salt and black pepper, then give it a good stir until everything is evenly combined.
Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat, then add the garlic. Let it cook for about a minute—just long enough to make your kitchen smell incredible. Brush this buttery garlic goodness all over the flour tortillas, making sure to coat them evenly.
Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, then roll them up nice and tight, tucking in the sides as you go. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Let them cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they’re golden and crispy, with the cheese perfectly melted inside.
Serve them warm, with a drizzle of ranch or Caesar dressing if you’re feeling extra indulgent.
