1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
300 ml milk
200 g wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
Olive oil for frying
Salt to taste
Fresh chives, chopped
150 g cheese, grated
