Soft, gooey, and sweet to the last bite! This easy Neiman Marcus Cake will steal the show at any gathering.

You’ll Need:

1 box cake mix (any flavor)

1 stick melted butter

2 large eggs

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: pecans

Instructions:

Press cake mix, butter, and one egg mixture into greased pan.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and second egg until smooth.

Pour and spread over the base.

Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
