Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn kernels)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Melt the Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add Corn & Honey: Add the corn and honey to the skillet. Stir well to coat the corn in the honey butter mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly caramelized.
Season & Add Cream: Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
