🇮🇹 Frittura di Paranza (Mixed Fried Seafood) 🍤🐟
A crispy and golden seafood medley—perfect for coastal Italian vibes!
Ingredients:
• 300g small whole fish (red mullet, anchovies, smelt)
• 150g calamari rings
• 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• Oil for deep frying
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• Salt
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Clean all seafood thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
2️⃣ Lightly coat each piece in flour, shaking off excess.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).
4️⃣ Fry seafood in batches until golden and crisp (2–4 min).
5️⃣ Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
