We have had two glorious days of sunshine and 60 degree daytime temps in the first state! So I went ahead and uncovered the BBQ! Even if we have a threat of snow again before Spring I want to enjoy these few days of warmth. I can always put the cover back on. :)
The recipe calls for pickling spice. Pre-packaged pickling spice mixes are sold in most supermarkets.
