🇫🇷 French Far Breton 🍮🍒
A classic custard dessert, rich with vanilla and prunes!
Ingredients:
500 ml whole milk
100 g all-purpose flour
100 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g prunes
1 tsp vanilla extract
20 g butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.
Whisk eggs and sugar until light. Add flour, then slowly mix in milk and vanilla.
Pour batter into the dish and evenly distribute prunes.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
