Golden puff pastry stuffed with creamy Alfredo, juicy chicken, and melty mozzarella β the ultimate snack attack!
π Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Β½ cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
ΒΌ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: fresh parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish

Step 1: Prep the Oven & Pastry
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 4 equal squares.
Step 2: Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Fill & Seal the Puffs
Spoon a generous amount of filling into the center of each puff pastry square.
Fold corners up and pinch to seal like a pouch (or fold over into triangles and crimp edges with a fork).
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Step 4: Bake to Golden Perfection
Place puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15β18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
