🇫🇷 Escargots à la Bourguignonne (Snails in Garlic-Herb Butter)
Buttery, garlicky, and wonderfully French—this delicacy is best enjoyed with a glass of white wine.
📝 Ingredients:
• Canned escargots: 12
• Unsalted butter: 100 g
• Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
• Parsley (chopped): 2 tbsp
• Shallot (minced): 1
• Salt: 1 pinch
• Black pepper: to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2️⃣ Mix butter with garlic, shallot, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Place a small amount of butter mixture in each shell, then the escargot, then more butter.
4️⃣ Bake in a dish for 10–12 minutes until sizzling.
5️⃣ Serve hot with crusty bread.
