For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into medallions π
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
For the Pasta:
200g penne pasta π
150g broccoli florets π₯¦
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced π§
200ml heavy cream
2 tbsp basil pesto πΏ
30g grated Parmesan cheese π§
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil the pasta according to package directions, adding the broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking, then drain. Meanwhile, season the chicken medallions with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Grill in a pan or on a grill until cooked through and lightly charred. In a saucepan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for a minute. Stir in the cream and pesto, simmer for 3 minutes, then mix in Parmesan until melted. Combine the pasta and broccoli with the sauce. Serve topped with grilled chicken and a drizzle of extra pesto if desired.
