Easter Strawberry Cream Jell-O Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Extra whipped topping and whole strawberries for garnish
Directions:
In a medium bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water and set aside to cool to room temperature.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
Slowly mix in the cooled Jell-O mixture until fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping and chopped strawberries until well blended.
Pour the creamy filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Before serving, top with dollops of whipped cream and fresh strawberries for garnish.
