3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Dry Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
For Garnish:
Powdered sugar, for dusting
