Base:
πͺ 200 g of digestive cookies
π§ 100 g of melted butter
Stuffed:
π§ 500 g of cream cheese
π₯ 200 ml of liquid cream
π¬ 150 g of sugar
π₯ 3 eggs
π₯ 2 peeled and crushed kiwis

π Step by refreshing step:
1οΈβ£ Base: Crush the cookies, mix with butter and press in the mold. Bake 10 min at 180 Β° C.
2οΈβ£ Fill: Beat cream cheese with sugar, add the eggs one by one, liquid cream, kiwi puree and vanilla. Mix well.
3οΈβ£ Pour on the base and bake at 160 Β° C per 50 min. Let cool inside the oven with the ajar door.
