15-Minute Hoisin Beef Noodles

200g lean ground beef
2 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup sliced white onion
200g cooked soba noodles
¼ cup chopped spring onions
For the Sauce:
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1. Stir together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. Brown the ground beef in a wok.
3. Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Toss in soba noodles and prepared sauce until evenly coated.
5. Garnish with spring onions.
