Ingredients:
Choux pastry – 1 ring
Praline cream – 300g
Almonds – 50g, sliced
Icing sugar – for dusting
Instructions:
🔥 Bake choux pastry ring and let it cool.
🥜 Slice horizontally, fill with praline cream.
🌰 Sprinkle sliced almonds and dust with icing sugar.
