Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups finely crushed ice (for optimal texture)
⅓ cup chilled, strongly brewed coffee or 2 shots of chilled espresso
½ cup whole milk (chilled for best results)
2 tablespoons rich caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
2 tablespoons smooth caramel syrup
Freshly whipped cream, for topping
Instructions:
Chill & Prep: Place your serving glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Ensure your coffee or espresso is completely cooled.
Blend Base: In a high-powered blender, combine the crushed ice, chilled coffee, milk, 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce, and 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup.
Achieve Perfection: Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and has a milkshake-like consistency. Avoid over-blending, which can melt the ice.
Serve with Style: Remove your chilled glass. For a barista touch, drizzle 1 teaspoon of caramel sauce inside the glass before pouring in the blended frappuccino.
