Spicy Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped green onions.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
