Easy Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) fruit pie filling
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven until melted.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, sugar, and milk. Stir until smooth.
4. Carefully pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
5. Spoon the canned fruit pie filling evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
