Irresistible Red Velvet Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until the mixture is uniform in color.
4. Sift in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt, then gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
5. Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
