Arugula Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts & Shaved Parmesan
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh arugula
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
1/4 cup candied walnuts
2 tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
In a salad bowl, add arugula and top with sliced pear, candied walnuts, and Parmesan.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently toss.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch and sweetness!
