Slow Cooker Ham & Potato Au Gratin 🥔🧀
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: sliced mushrooms or onions
Directions:
1. Grease your slow cooker with a bit of butter or cooking spray.
2. Layer half the potatoes, then half the ham.
3. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Pour half the mixture over the potatoes and ham.
5. Repeat the layers and top with the rest of the cheese.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
