Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
instructions
1. preheat oven to 375°f (190°c). line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. in a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. cook until browned, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. flatten each biscuit into a circle. spoon some cooked beef and a pinch of cheddar cheese into the center. fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
4. place each sealed bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese. brush over the tops of each biscuit.
6. bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
7. sprinkle with parsley if desired. serve warm.
