Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
1 oz blue curaçao
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1/2 cup crushed ice or more for a slushy texture
Garnish: maraschino cherries & pineapple wedge
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and crushed ice) into a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy—adjust ice quantity for your preferred consistency.
Pour into a hurricane glass or any fun curved glass.
Top with maraschino cherries (3 for that dramatic look!) and a fresh pineapple wedge.
