๐ Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
6 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme

Salt & black pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon (for marinade boost)
For the Mac & Cheese:
3 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack or Colby

ยฝ cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
For the Collard Greens:
2 bunches collard greens, cleaned & chopped
1 smoked turkey wing or ham hock
4 cups chicken broth or water
1 tsp sugar
ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of vinegar for tang
For the Deviled Eggs:
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
ยฝ tsp sweet relish
Paprika, salt, pepper
For the Cornbread:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
ยผ cup sugar or honey
ยผ cup butter, melted
1 tbsp baking powder
ยฝ tsp salt
๐ฅ Instructions:
1. Chicken:
Mix seasonings, coat chicken, and marinate (30 minsโovernight).
Bake at 400ยฐF for 35โ45 mins or until golden and cooked through.
Optional: broil for 2 mins to crisp up the skin.
2. Mac & Cheese:
Cook pasta, drain.
Mix with butter, cheeses, milk, egg, and seasonings.
Pour into baking dish, top with cheese.
Bake at 375ยฐF for 25โ30 mins until bubbly with golden top.
3. Collard Greens:
Simmer smoked meat in broth 30 mins.
Add greens, seasonings.
Simmer low and slow for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
4. Deviled Eggs:
Halve eggs, mix yolks with mayo, mustard, relish.
Pipe or spoon mixture back into whites.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
5. Cornbread:
Mix wet and dry separately, then combine.
Pour into greased pan or skillet.
Bake at 375ยฐF for 20โ25 mins until golden.
