1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your fave!)
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup canned corn, drained
1 cup black beans, rinsed & drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup pickled jalapeΓ±os (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Bake tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
While tots bake, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
