If you have not heard of "Youvetsi" before, it's one of the most delicious traditional Greek lamb dishes. Tender, slow-roasted lamb shanks baked with fresh tomato, lemon, garlic, origanum, and orzo pasta. This will be on our menu for a celebratory Easter lunch, served with fresh lemon wedges, Greek salad, toasted pita bread, and perhaps a side of tzatziki.
