🇮🇹 Carpaccio di Manzo (Beef Carpaccio)
Thinly sliced raw beef topped with arugula, shaved Parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients:
• 225g beef tenderloin, very thinly sliced
• 30g arugula
• 60g Parmesan, shaved
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Lay beef slices flat on a chilled serving plate.
2. Top with arugula and Parmesan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
4. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
5. Serve immediately as a light starter.
