Garlic Sauce (Toum-Style):
1/4 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt

In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
