🌮 Mexican White Trash Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips, slightly crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel.
In a bowl, mix together soups and sour cream.
Layer crushed tortilla chips in the dish, followed by the beef mixture, then the soup mixture. Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
