🍝 Creamy Velveeta Beef Pasta with Bowtie Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil bowtie pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Add Velveeta cubes and stir until fully melted and smooth.
4️⃣ Combine:
Add the cooked pasta into the skillet and toss to coat with the cheesy beef mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5️⃣ Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve hot.
