Grilled Lobster Tails with Creamy Herb Butter 🦞🍋

📝 Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, serving
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails:
Use kitchen shears to split the lobster shells down the middle and gently pull the meat above the shell. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Grill the Lobster:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush lobster meat with melted butter. Grill flesh-side down for 4–5 minutes, flip, and grill another 3–4 minutes until opaque and lightly charred.
3️⃣ Make the Herb Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, cream, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Drizzle the Sauce:
Spoon the creamy herb butter generously over the grilled lobster tails.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Top with chopped chives and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
