🇫🇷 Tarte Tatin 🍏🍯
Ingredients:
4 apples, sliced
100g sugar
50g butter
1 sheet puff pastry
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Melt sugar and butter in a pan until golden caramel forms.
Add apple slices and cook for 5 min.
Place puff pastry over the apples and bake at 180°C for 30 min.
Flip tart onto a plate and serve warm!
