Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple with its juice. Stir until the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
Fold in the Add-Ins: Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
Add the Whipped Topping: Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light, fluffy, and well-combined.
Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to set. Serve chilled as a side dish or dessert.
