‼️OLIVE GARDEN STEAK GORGONZOLA ALFREDO‼️

❗Ingredients:

For the Steak:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil

❗For the Alfredo Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

❗For the Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine or your choice of pasta
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
Extra Gorgonzola cheese, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

❗Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Season the steak strips with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

3️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4️⃣ Combine and Serve:

Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Stir in the fresh spinach and sun-dried tomatoes if using. Plate the pasta and top with the cooked steak strips. Garnish with extra crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

5️⃣ Serve:

Serve this rich and creamy Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo immediately. Enjoy the decadent flavors of tender steak, savory Gorgonzola, and velvety Alfredo sauce!
