Trout fillets cooked in butter and topped with toasted almonds for a nutty, buttery French delicacy 🐟🌰✨.
Ingredients:
• 2 trout fillets
• 50 g sliced almonds
• 50 g butter
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pan-fry trout fillets in butter until golden.
2️⃣ Remove fish, toast almonds in same pan.
3️⃣ Add lemon juice and pour sauce over trout.
4️⃣ Serve immediately with potatoes or greens. 🌰🐟
