Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and brown them in a skillet over medium heat.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to create a roux. Gradually stir in the beef broth and heavy cream until smooth.
4. Add the meatballs back into the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
5. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Enjoy!
