Taco Hashbrown Casserole in Crockpot
Brown 1 lb of ground beef or turkey, season with taco mix
In a large bowl, mix together:
👉 taco meat
👉 a 26 oz bag of frozen hashbrowns
👉 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
👉 1 can of fiesta cheese soup (or regular cheese soup)
Toss it all into a greased crockpot
Cook on LOW for 4 hrs or HIGH for 2 hrs
