🥧🇫🇷 Tourte Lorraine
A savory pie filled with pork and veal, flavored with onions and white wine, baked in golden puff pastry. Classic from Lorraine 🥂🥧.
Ingredients:
• 400 g pork and veal (minced)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 tbsp white wine
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 1 egg (beaten)
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Cook onion until soft, add minced meat, season, and deglaze with white wine.
3️⃣ Roll out puff pastry and line a tart tin.
4️⃣ Fill with meat mixture, cover with second pastry sheet.
5️⃣ Brush with egg wash and bake for 40 min until golden.
6️⃣ Slice and serve warm 🥧.
