Ultimate Potato Bake – Melts in Your Mouth!
Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded Gruyère or mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt & pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and layer half the potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add 1 cup cheese. Layer remaining potatoes, season, and pour cream evenly over the top. Finish with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15–20 more until golden.
