π₯ Spicy Thai-Style Tuna Salad
Ingredients
375g (13 oz) canned tuna, drained
3 small Asian shallots (or Β½ small red onion), thinly sliced
3 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
ΒΌ cup coriander (cilantro), finely sliced
2 spring onions (scallions), finely sliced
Β½ cup fresh mint leaves
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Sliced cucumber, for serving

Mix the Dressing:
In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili powder. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Combine Salad Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the tuna, shallots, coriander, spring onions, and mint leaves. Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
Serve:
Spoon the salad into lettuce leaves and serve with sliced cucumber on the side.
