Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour (180g)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan (8x4 inch) with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, water, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
