Raspberry Crumble Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup raspberry jam
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the salt and flour, mixing until the dough is crumbly.
Press half of the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the raspberry jam over the dough layer.
Crumble the remaining dough over the top of the jam layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown. Let the bars cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
