Homemade Tartar Sauce
Great with fried seafood dishes, fish and chips, calamari, fried clams or oysters. It is creamy and tangy. Flavors enhanced with pickles, dill and lemon juice. It can also be good as sandwich condiments!
Recipe:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 medium sized lemon (juiced)
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/2 sized medium onion diced
1 small pickles diced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix everything. Season with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Enjoy!
